SIPS of America is based in Danville, Virginia and is owned and operated by Danville native Jimmy Farlow and his family. A member of SIPA, a non-profit association dedicated to the quality of SIPS construction, Jimmy and his crew follow those same high quality standards in all that they build.

From the condominiums at the VIRginia Raceway, to the renovation of local Civil War era historic homes, SIPS panels are making living in Virginia and North Carolina more affordable, comfortable and energy efficient.
SIPS stands for "Structured Insulated Panel System." Research by the Oak Ridge National Laboratories shows SIPS is twice as energy-efficient as the traditional stick-built home. It is also the most energy efficient home building system in the industry today and has been since the 1930's.

If you're planning to build a home, remodel an existing home or build an addition to your current home or business, don't do anything else until you look at the energy and financial savings SIPS offers.

Not only will you save thousands of dollars by not having to pay a full-crew of laborers for weeks and weeks of work, but the walls of your home or business can be erected in a matter of hours (1,000 square foot home) or days and it can be "dried in" in less than a month by using SIPS system.
